A Comment From Dimitri, Amsterdam, the Netherlands

"In my opinion wave 4 scenario is no longer valid. We are already in a big new down cycle. I would like to have your opinion on my view. See http://www.visiblefuture.com for my analysis. I'm reading your view on US markets for a while now. Think you're one of the best online."
Kind regards,

Hi Dimitri,
Thanks for the kind words. The most likely scenario is that a Wave 4 monthly downcycle is in effect for SPX (S & P 500) since 5-19-08, and, probably also for NDX (NASDAQ 100) and RUT (Russell 2000). See the new annotated SPX chart for the Elliott Wave count, see chart one at http://www.joefrocks.com/GoldStockCharts.html.
The Walmart (WMT) Lead Indicator is extremely bullish, see http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ta?s=%5EHUI&t=5d&l=off&z=l&q=l&p=&a=m26-12-9,p12,fs,w14&c=wmt,%5EGSPC, which obviously jives with the likely scenario. Ciao. Joe Ferrazzano
